Refunds & Chargebacks

We do offer 30 days refunds on any download account!

If you try to dispute or deny a valid charge, you will be sent an invoice for the disputed amount by regular postal mail. Copies will be also sent to your bank and credit card company.
The invoice will include the following information:

• Your name and address with all available information about you.
• The IP address you have used when paying online.
• The date and time of your payment.
• The Original charge amount plus a $25 fee for disputing process.

DownloadEmailList.com may terminate or change this Agreement at any time. DownloadEmailList.com has the right to change or eliminate anything in its opt-in email leads data at any time, without prior notice.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Slovak Republic, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal courts located in Slovak Republic, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such a provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
